Atlas is a city intelligence platform operated by Aeternum Capital Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). The platform provides city research data, comparison tools, personalised quiz recommendations, intelligence feeds and email alerts to help users evaluate cities for potential relocation.
By accessing or using Atlas, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
You may use Atlas without an account. Certain features, including saving cities to your watchlist and receiving email alerts, require signing in via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
Atlas offers a free tier with limited features, including up to 2 city comparisons and 3 quiz attempts per day. The Pro tier provides expanded access including 4-city comparisons, unlimited quizzes, city watchlists, and weekly alerts. Pro pricing and features are subject to change. Payment for Pro subscriptions is handled by third-party payment processors.
You agree to use Atlas only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the platform. You must not use automated systems to scrape data from the service. You must not share your account credentials with third parties.
City data, scores, verdicts, and intelligence feeds provided by Atlas are generated using artificial intelligence and third-party sources. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees regarding the completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any data presented. Atlas data should not be the sole basis for relocation, financial, legal, or immigration decisions.
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aeternum Capital Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the platform.
All content, branding, and software associated with Atlas are the property of Aeternum Capital Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Atlas at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the platform.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
