Atlas is operated by Aeternum Capital Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), registered in England and Wales. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use the Atlas platform at atlas-cities.net.
Account data: When you sign in via Google, we receive your email address, name, and profile picture. We do not receive or store your Google password.
Saved searches: When you save a job search, we store the search criteria (keywords, city, salary range, visa filter) associated with your account.
Saved jobs: When you bookmark a job, we store the job details (title, company, location, salary, URL) associated with your account.
Applications: When you track a job application, we store the job details and your application status (applied, interview, offer, rejected).
Goals: If you set a career goal, we store your target role, salary, and visa preference.
Alert preferences: If you enable daily job alert emails, we store your preferences and use your email address to send matching job listings.
We use your data to: provide and personalise the Atlas service, store your saved searches and application history, send daily job alert emails when enabled, and improve the platform. We do not use your data for advertising or profiling beyond the core service.
When you save a search or set a goal with alerts enabled, Atlas sends daily emails with new matching job listings. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any alert email, toggling alerts off on the Goal or Saved Searches page, or contacting us.
Your data is stored securely in Supabase, a cloud database platform with row-level security enabled. Your data is isolated to your account and cannot be accessed by other users. Supabase infrastructure is hosted on AWS with encryption at rest and in transit.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We share data only with the following service providers as necessary to operate Atlas:
- Google (authentication via OAuth)
- Supabase (database and authentication hosting)
- Adzuna (job listing data)
- Resend (email delivery for job alerts)
- Vercel (application hosting)
These providers process data only as necessary to deliver their services and are bound by their own privacy policies.

Atlas uses essential cookies and localStorage for authentication sessions. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
We retain your account data, saved searches, applications, and goals for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Anonymised usage data may be retained for service improvement.
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS), row-level security in our database, and secure authentication via OAuth 2.0.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via the platform. Continued use of Atlas after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
